Shall we talk?
‘La Caixa’ is a Spanish bank with a huge number of small local offices. It feels as if they had one in each corner. That’s where their strength lies: in staying close to their clients and taking the time to listen to them.
My ‘Shall we talk?’ brand line has stayed in place since I wrote it in 2001 and has become a part of popular culture.
